Hello Boot Campers!!
Here is the great news.... we will be continuing boot camp thru out the winter!!! (woo hoo-that's for Jacqui G .......arrrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhhh -that's for Amy!)
We will be at 3 different schools - Stewarttown P.S, Silver Creek P.S., Harrison. The start times are just being hammered out - they will likely be the same as what we have now.
If anyone is interested in keeping the Saturday class the only time would be an afternoon class 4-5pm.....if you are interested, please email me.
Here is the not so great news.....we are limited in the number of participants. If you are serious about staying fit and healthy (and you should be!) then email me and I will put you on the list. Don't be a flake...(yes, I said flake) and ask to be put on the list and then decide against it at the last minute.
Indoor boot camp is going to be amazing!!!
We will head inside Monday November 3rd.

Go boot campers, I would be there but I chose to go with personal even more intense workouts to target more areas and improve my weight loss. Things are going great and if you have ever thought of using a personal trainer I highly recommend Carrie and her torture, I mean training circuit!!! Ronstoppable at your service!!!
You chose to go with personal workouts because you were getting tired of the massive amounts of estrogen abuse! Face it, stoppable! ; ) You're missed, pal. Proud of you, though, for keeping up with your training.
