This is a new ab gadget..... This reminds me of going to an arcade. Is this what the fitness industry has come down to...having to create a game like atmosphere to get people to do something. What's next...collect tickets and win the prize on the "Big Prize" shelf... or maybe Skeeball for shoulder workouts.
If this is the revolution in abdominal fitness I feel sorry for the fitness industry.

November - the Halloween aftermath!
Hi Everyone!
Well we have all survived another Halloween!! I have news......IT'S OVER-get rid of the candy-not even a couple of candy bar stragglers should be laying around-trust the former fat girl!
Way to go ladies on our pumpkim workout last week - that was fantastic!!!
Rest up....indoor boot camp starts tomorrow. Remember to bring your hand weights, mat, water, towel, and your energy!!!
This is the way to make sure those "holiday punds" stay the hell away!!!!
